Biography

Anthony Clemenza founded Luxury Realty International to bring the discipline of private legal practice to the discipline of luxury real estate.
Following a successful early career in law and corporate advisory, he built a personal portfolio of luxury properties — an experience that revealed how rarely the two worlds meet. Most brokers sell; few understand contracts, financing structures, and the cross-border mechanics that define transactions at the upper end of the market. Anthony offers both.
Today he represents a select clientele across Manhattan, the Hamptons, and Long Island’s Gold Coast, with the firm’s Florida operations launching Q4 2026. His practice is intentionally boutique — fewer clients, deeper counsel, and the quiet handling that the most private buyers and sellers require.
