Website Use
These terms apply to your use of the Luxury Realty International website. You may use the site for lawful personal or business research related to real estate and our services. Do not interfere with the site, attempt unauthorized access, submit unlawful or deceptive material, or use automated means in a way that burdens the service or disregards stated controls.
We may change, suspend, or remove website features and may update these terms. The effective date identifies the version currently posted. A change to these website terms does not amend a signed brokerage, referral, property-management, consulting, or transaction agreement.
No Brokerage Relationship Through the Website
An Inquiry Is a Starting Point
Viewing the site, creating an account, sending a form, downloading material, or speaking with us does not by itself create an agency, brokerage, attorney-client, fiduciary, or other professional relationship. Any representation must be established through the disclosures and agreements required for that matter.
New York and Other Markets
Luxury Realty International, LLC is a licensed New York real estate brokerage. If a matter requires brokerage services where we are not licensed, we may discuss a properly documented referral to a licensed local brokerage. Florida brokerage services are not offered by LRI unless and until the required Florida license is active.
Attorney and Broker Roles
Anthony Clemenza is a New York attorney and the firm’s Broker of Record. His legal background informs the care brought to brokerage work, but brokerage communications are not legal advice and do not create an attorney-client relationship. Clients should rely on their retained attorney for legal advice, legal documents, and independent review.
Property and Market Information
Verify Material Facts
Prices, availability, dimensions, taxes, common charges, amenities, property condition, school information, renderings, market statistics, and other details may change or come from owners, listing brokers, public records, professional systems, or other third parties. Material facts should be confirmed through the appropriate broker, attorney, inspector, appraiser, lender, governmental office, building, or other qualified source before you rely on them.
Marketing Demonstrations and Prior Work
A page labeled as a concept, demonstration, case study, prior work, or AI-generated image is presented only for the purpose stated in its disclosure. It is not an active property offering unless the page clearly says otherwise. Demonstrations are not evidence that LRI listed, sold, or currently represents the depicted or described property.
No Promised Outcome
Market analysis, valuations, commentary, and strategy reflect professional judgment at a point in time. They are not appraisals, guarantees of price, promises of availability, or assurances that a transaction will close.

Your Information
Provide information you are authorized to share and keep account credentials confidential. Tell us promptly if you believe an account or communication channel has been compromised.
Electronic Communications
If you provide contact information, we may respond through the channels you select or use for the request. Marketing messages are sent only as permitted and include an opt-out method. Transactional or service communications may continue while a request, account, or matter remains active.
Privacy

Rights in the Site
The site’s original text, design, software, and brand elements belong to LRI or are used under license. The site may link to or rely on services operated by others. Their availability, terms, and privacy practices are their own. A link is provided for convenience and does not by itself endorse every statement, product, or service on the destination site.
Fair Housing and Accessibility
LRI provides service without unlawful discrimination and supports equal housing opportunity. Our Fair Housing page links to the official New York notice and complaint resources. If a disability makes any part of this website or a communication difficult to use, contact us and we will provide reasonable assistance or the information in another format.

We work to keep the website accurate, secure, and available, but a public website cannot be promised to be uninterrupted or error-free.
