A property search should not be harder because of how you read a screen, hold a mouse, or hear a video. We hold this site to a published standard and check it on every release. Where it still falls short, we would rather you told us than went without — and we will get you the property, the document, or the answer by whatever route works for you.

If something here does not work for you
Write or call and say what you were trying to do. You do not need to identify the technical problem or name the standard — describing what happened is enough. We will confirm we have it, tell you what we can do and by when, and in the meantime get you the information by another route.
How this site is built
We build to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines, version 2.1, at level AA. Every release is checked against those guidelines automatically before it can ship, and a release that fails does not go out.
What that covers
Navigating the whole site by keyboard, with a visible indicator showing where you are. Text that meets contrast requirements against every background we use. Form fields with real labels and visible edges. Images with descriptions. Motion that respects your system setting if you have asked for less of it.
Where we know the limits are
Automated checking cannot find every barrier, and we do not claim it does. Some of our documents originate with third parties, and property media reaches us from other brokerages in a form we do not control. Where we cannot fix something at the source, we will get you the information another way.
