About Southampton
Southampton, the original Hamptons destination, exudes old-money elegance and refined taste. Its grand estates, manicured hedges, and exclusive beach clubs have attracted prominent families for over a century. The village offers a more traditional aesthetic than its neighbors, with historic architecture and a strong sense of community.

We search Southampton on your behalf
We are not publishing our own listings here at present, and we would rather say so than fill the page. What we do instead is the more useful half: we search across public listings, professional member systems, broker relationships, and direct outreach. Non-public opportunities are subject to seller authorization and availability.
Tell us what you are looking for in Southampton and the search begins the same business day.

Getting to Southampton
- LIRR
- Montauk Branch — about two hours five minutes to Penn Station, with the seasonal Cannonball express faster in season. Southampton station sits roughly three miles north of Main Street, so the last leg is a car. There is no one-seat ride to Grand Central Madison; those trips change at Jamaica.
- By Car
- Roughly two to two and a half hours via the Expressway and Route 27 in normal conditions. Friday afternoons between three and seven in July and August can run four to six.
